Once you’ve selected your item, head to checkout to fill in your shipping and billing details. After payment is confirmed, we’ll take care of the rest and start preparing your order.
NOTE: For Timeless Premium Frame orders, a submission form will be emailed to you after placing a successful order to obtain the following:
up to 3 high-resolution photos (at least 2MB per photo) of your recipient,
a personalized message up to 700 characters,
And your order number
Upon successful submission, we will process your order immediately.
Yes, customization options are available for selected products, including selected apparel and frames — and that’s part of what makes our products special.
Additionally, each piece at Timeless Tributes is already customized and unique, so you’re choosing from a selection of one-of-a-kind designs that aren’t available anywhere else.
If you see our products available elsewhere, please let us know immediately at support@timelesstributes.today. We take pride in offering original pieces available only through our official platform.
We accept major payment methods available at checkout, including PayPal, credit and debit cards. Every transaction is processed securely for your peace of mind.

Once payment is made, we’re unable to cancel or modify your order — as our fulfilment centers begins production almost immediately to ensure timely delivery.

Because all our products are customized and made-to-order, returns and cancellations are generally not accepted after payment. However, we understand that issues can happen. Depending on the situation, our fulfilment centers will review your case if one of the following applies:
Poor Quality or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or of poor quality, please email us at support@timelesstributes.today with:
• Photos or a short video of the issue
• A clear description of what went wrong
Note: We’re not responsible for items damaged during shipping (for example, damaged shoebox during transit).
Incorrect Product Shipped
If you receive a different product than what you ordered, email us your order number, a photo of the item you ordered, and a photo of the item received.
Missing Items
If something’s missing from your order, email us your order number and list the missing item(s). We’ll check with our fulfilment team right away.
Design Issues
If the printed design differs significantly from what was shown on the product page, please send us a photo(s) clearly showing the difference.
Note: Slight differences in size or colour can happen due to lighting and screen variations — these are normal and not considered defects.
Sizing Issues
We’re unable to offer exchanges for sizing issues. To ensure the best fit, please refer to the sizing charts available on each product page before purchasing.

All refund or replacement requests are reviewed by our fulfilment centers, who make the final decision based on the evidence provided.

We’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference, as each item is made-to-order.
Every Timeless Tribute item is made-to-order. Production, printing, packaging and delivery of your order varies depending on your location and the specific product. Estimated timelines are shown during checkout, but a good estimate would be between 15-20 business days. Please note that courier delays, customs, or weather conditions may occasionally affect delivery times — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
If you believe your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email support@timelesstributes.today with your order number and supporting photos. Our team will assist in coordinating with our fulfilment center partner to resolve the issue.
NOTE: If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, failure to receive the parcel, or refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes, the order may be returned or disposed of by the courier or fulfilment partner. In such cases, redelivery may incur additional charges, and refunds may not be applicable.

Shipping availability depends on each product — you’ll see eligible shipping locations listed on the product page.
If your country isn’t listed, that means we currently don’t ship there.
NOTE: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Timeless Tributes does not determine or collect these fees and is not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred during customs clearance.
