RETURN OR REFUND POLICY

Because all our products are customized and made-to-order, returns and cancellations are generally not accepted after payment. However, we understand that issues can happen. Depending on the situation, our fulfilment centers will review your case if one of the following applies:
Poor Quality or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or of poor quality, please email us at support@timelesstributes.today with:
• Photos or a short video of the issue
• A clear description of what went wrong
Note: We’re not responsible for items damaged during shipping (for example, a shoebox damaged in transit).
Incorrect Product Shipped
If you receive a different product than what you ordered, email us your order number, a photo of the item you ordered, and a photo of the item received.
Missing Items
If something’s missing from your order, email us your order number and list the missing item(s). We’ll check with our fulfilment team right away.
Design Issues
If the printed design differs significantly from what was shown on the product page, please send us a photo clearly showing the difference.
Note: Slight differences in size or colour can happen due to lighting and screen variations — these are normal and not considered defects.
Sizing Issues
We’re unable to offer exchanges for sizing issues. To ensure the best fit, please refer to the sizing charts available on each product page before purchasing.

All refund or replacement requests are reviewed by our fulfilment centers, who make the final decision based on the evidence provided.
